Have you previously applied to or attended Pacific Coast University, School of Law?
(If yes, please provide an explanatory addendum)

Has any college or graduate or professional school ever placed you on academic probation, Honor Code probation or misconduct probation; issued to you a formal academic warning; dismissed you; or subjected you to any disciplinary action? PCU highly recommends that you review your personal transcripts before you answer this question. Ignorance of such information is not an excuse for inaccuracy or incompleteness.
(If yes, please provide an explanatory addendum)

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, or pleaded guilty or nolo contendere (“no contest”) to a felony or misdemeanor charge - - whether or not the charges were dismissed, the court entered a judgment of conviction, or the court imposed a sentence? A false “no” may have adverse effects on a law student when applying to the Bar. All state bars will review all documentation for entrance to the Bar including law school applications. Material differences between the Bar application and law school application may adversely affect the moral-fitness portion of the Bar application. PCU highly recommends a complete and thorough review of your personal history prior to submitting your law school application.
(If yes, please provide an explanatory addendum)

A positive moral character determination is one of several requirements for admission to the practice of law in California. If an applicant has been convicted of a crime, it may make them ineligible to practice law in the state of California. It is the applicant’s duty to inquire of the State Bar of California, if the applicant has a criminal record, whether their record will make the applicant ineligible to take the Bar Examination or practice law.
